Return Policy

Things happen; we understand. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll make it right for you.

All items can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds unless otherwise approved by our Customer Experience team. You can reach them at This policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was made, we are unable to offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear
  • All Over Print Leggings
  • Baby Clothes 
  • Coffee Mugs

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we're processing your returned item(s). We will also notify you when your exchanged item is shipping or credit is available.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged. All sales on sale items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send an email to, and we will respond with additional shipping and return instructions.


Orders are typically fulfilled in 1-3 business days; however, some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to fulfill. During peak seasons, orders may take 7-14 business days to fulfill. 

All shipping times become applicable after your order has been fulfilled. For example: If you select the option for Express 1-Day Shipping, the order may take 5-7 business days for fulfillment, at which point it would be express shipped to you. Selecting options for expedited shipping will not shorten the time period for fulfillment. Though please know we always do everything we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible. We provide this information to measure your expectations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for completing the return shipment and paying the shipping costs required to return your item; unless otherwise approved by our Customer Experience team. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and you will still be required to complete the return.
